Rolled Stuffed Chicken Thighs
Juicy chicken thighs stuffed with spinach and feta, wrapped in bacon for a deliciously savory dish.
Ingredients:
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Salt and pepper the chicken thighs and lay them out flat
Put spinach leaves and feta cheese on top of each chicken thigh
Put a slice of bacon around each chicken thigh and roll it up tight
Tack it down with toothpicks if you need to
A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it
Lay the rolled chicken thighs down with the seam facing down
Cook for three to four minutes on each side until the bacon is golden
Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked
Take out the toothpicks before serving
