Vegan Snickers Bar



Indulge in the deliciousness of a classic Snickers bar without any animal products. This vegan version combines sweet dates, creamy almond butter, crunchy peanuts, and rich dairy-free chocolate for a satisfying treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Instructions:

In a food processor, blend dates until they form a sticky paste

Add almond butter and maple syrup to the date paste, continue blending until well combined

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and spread half of the date mixture evenly on the bottom

Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the date mixture layer

Spread the remaining date mixture over the peanuts, pressing down firmly to create an even layer

Place the dish in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth

Remove the dish from the freezer and pour the melted chocolate over the date mixture layer

Spread the chocolate evenly using a spatula

Return the dish to the freezer for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened

Once set, remove from the freezer and cut into bars
